Our Tour Packages
Once Upon a Book Tour specializes in promoting romance and romantasy titles across a wide range of subgenres. We work with both indie and traditionally published authors and welcome books at all heat levels.
Cover Reveal Blitz | $75
This is a one day promo tour where a minimum of 15 hosts will showcase your book cover through original photos or a reel on their Instagram feeds—all on the same day. Additionally, OUABT will share a teaser post one week in advance to build excitement ahead of your Cover Reveal!
A tour-wide giveaway can be added to your Cover Reveal Blitz for an additional $15*. If added, OUABT will take care of keeping track of submissions and drawing a winner. Author’s will be responsible for choosing prize and mailing them to the winner.

Release Day Blast | $75
This is a one day promo tour where a minimum of 15 hosts will showcase your book release through original photos or a reel on their Instagram feeds—all on the same day! Celebrate your release day with a bang!
A tour-wide giveaway can be added to your Release Day Blast for an additional $15*. If added, OUABT will take care of keeping track of submissions and drawing a winner. Author’s will be responsible for choosing prize and mailing them to the winner.

7 Day Promo Tour | $100
A tour-wide giveaway can be added to your Cover Reveal Blitz for an additional $15*. If added, OUABT will take care of keeping track of submissions and drawing a winner. Author’s will be responsible for choosing prize and mailing them to the winner.

4 Week Review Tour | $165
For this tour, a minimum of 10 hosts will read and review your book over the span of four weeks. This is a perfect tour for authors who want to get more readers for their books! This can also be used for ARC’s.
Hosts will post twice during this tour—a promo post during the first week of the tour and a mini review post after they’ve completed your title before the 4 week tour ends.
We also ask that all our hosts leave their reviews on major retailers including Amazon and/or Goodreads.

We understand that many books blend genres. Titles outside of traditional romance or romantasy may be considered on a case-by-case basis, especially if they include a strong romantic subplot or crossover appeal. Acceptance is based on audience fit, content alignment, and tour availability.
To secure your tour dates, full payment and a signed agreement are required at the time of booking. A portion of your payment will be held as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. If you cancel more than six weeks before your scheduled start date, you’ll receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. For cancellations made between three and six weeks before your tour, you’ll receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made between two and three weeks in advance are eligible for a 25% refund. Unfortunately, if you cancel within one week of your tour, no refund can be issued.
